Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
